Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue potential.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for partners and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is highly preferred.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
