Job Description

  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze supply chain needs to ensure timely and cost-efficient sourcing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the procurement function.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all purchasing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Procurement Specialist should have:

  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
