Job Description

  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams for new product launches.
  • Drive early engagement strategies, aligning with key stakeholders such as KOLs, HCPs, and payers.
  • Ensure the smooth transfer of launch expertise across therapeutic areas.
  • Standardize launch processes using global platforms and tools.
  • Support and coach colleagues on best practices for launch excellence.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize launch strategies and market access.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in Japanese pharmaceutical product launches.
  • Background in marketing, medical, or project management within clinical development or strategic consultancy.
  • Native-level Japanese with business-level English fluency.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
  • Agile, flexible, and a positive communicator who can influence without authority.
