Job Description

  • Assist Finance Director in developing the Japan Budget (annually) and reporting the revenue Forecast (monthly) to Japan Senior Management team and oversea HQ.
  • Supporting to establish and maintain the internal control environment, including SAP violations.
  • Defines financial situations by completing quantitative analyses.
  • Evaluate optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns.
  • Builds financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organisation goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of finance-related experience
  • Prior SAP usage experience
  • Fluency in Japanese
  • Business level English
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Strong analytically and communication skills
