Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for the SCM Finance department in Japan
  • Generate ad-hoc project analysis for senior management
  • Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Support the design, development, and management of financial systems
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within finance and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial and strategic alignment
  • Manage reporting and analysis of financial results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of SCM Finance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
