  • Development of support system to be required for new products and business forms.
  • Digital transformation of call and repair centers such as process improvement, computerization and IT Conversion
  • Pricing for service offerings
  • Department budget planning and management

理想の人材

  • Expereince in planning and implementing strategic service offerings to improve the customer expereince from the customers' perspective
  • Over 5 years of management work experience in call center, repair center management or project management
  • work experience across multiple departments or projects execution experience
  • Native level Japanese Ability and English speaking ability to facilitate communication with the head office and overseas factories
