The Successful Applicant

  • Expereince in planning and implementing strategic service offerings to improve the customer expereince from the customers' perspective
  • Over 5 years of management work experience in call center, repair center management or project management
  • work experience across multiple departments or projects execution experience
  • Native level Japanese Ability and English speaking ability to facilitate communication with the head office and overseas factories
