This e-commerce shopping platform has over 1400 employees in Japan. Within the HR team, there are around 20 employees across 3 teams (TA, Operations and HRBP). 職務内容

  • Acts as a standalone Total Rewards (TR) partner in Japan for all TR related topics
  • Works as part of the TR team and is responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of TR programs for Japan
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day TR support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, providing pay recommendations, providing support on department reorganizations, and answering ad hoc TR queries
  • Manages annual TR processes for the business in Japan (including compensation review cycle, survey submissions, benefits renewals, market review, gender pay gap reporting, national minimum wage adjustments, DHP spot rates, Japan and Success bonus programs, and LTI administration)
  • Participates in global TR projects, taking the lead for Japan
  • Innovates the company's TR offering, developing new concepts and creating business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices, Japan's business strategy, and global TR strategy
  • Educates and upskills internal clients by translating complex TR topics into accessible materials
  • Analyses and reports on uptake and usage of relevant TR programs and policies
  • Responsible for ensuring that all costs are managed in line with Japan's TR budget
  • provide support and oversight for the business in China

理想の人材

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Total Rewards experience in a multinational organization
  • Business level Japanese and English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Work experience in retail or media industries is a plus
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology is a plus
