Job Description

The main responsibilities include the following:

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team by looking for suitable candidates across different mediums
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to make sure that they would be a good match for the roles
  • Ensure to create a positive candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
  • Make sure that the team is updated on the candidate market

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess the following:

  • 1 year of experience sourcing for candidates using several mediums in Japan or exposure to recruitment
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communications skills for both internal and external teams
  • Language skills: fluent in Japanese and keen to learn English
