Job Description

  • Develop and execute local social media strategies to increase brand awareness and achieve business goals.
  • Manage daily operations and content creation for LINE, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Lead and manage LINE-related projects, track KPIs, and ensure successful project deliveries.
  • Align content with global and local marketing calendars and eCommerce plans.
  • Regularly communicate with the global digital team.
  • Analyze sales and content performance, propose actions to improve KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental sales and propose action plans.
  • Manage and track the allocated budget and analyze cost impact.
  • Keep up with digital innovations to drive e-commerce growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Propose and monitor project objectives/KPIs, share findings for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate professional knowledge to team members and actively collaborate with other departments.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media operations, preferably in retail.
  • Knowledge of owned social, paid social, digital advertising, and LINE activation.
  • Familiarity with website analytics, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, logical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and business English.
