  • Implement detailed sales strategies, ensuring KPI achievement and evaluating the impact of sales promotions.
  • Create and refine customer strategies to improve distribution efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee product distribution, budget allocation, and promotional placements to maximize sales.
  • Ensure uniform branding and store displays in accordance with global standards.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with customers and stakeholders, while assessing customer growth and performance through thorough reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Required skills include over 5yrs of sales experience and a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred skills involve account management in various beverage or consumer goods sales, along with a desire to enhance English proficiency.
  • The ideal candidate is persistent, results-oriented, adaptable, confident, and a team player.
  • Fluent Japanese speaking ability.
