Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support operational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks related to site operations.
  • Fluent Japanese and Fluent English



The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Management Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, preferably in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
