職務内容

  • Lead and orchestrate the technical pre-sales engagement process for both potential clients and existing accounts.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions, underscoring use cases and integration potential.
  • Provide adept business process consulting during pre-sales, guiding prospects through product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.
  • Collaborate in close partnership with our associates, delivering technical training sessions and supporting partner enablement.
  • Play a vital role in supporting Bids & Proposals by actively participating in crafting responses to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Take ownership of customer evaluations, including the execution of Proof-of-Concepts, and maintaining the technical relationship throughout.
  • Contribute to product enhancement by effectively conveying customer feedback and requirements to our development teams.

  • A demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals, spanning various functional and technical backgrounds.
  • A talent for identifying innovative solutions that distinctly set us apart in the eyes of our clients.
  • Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and recommending approaches for implementing management processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese language.
  • A strong grasp of pertinent regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR, ISO, and more.
  • Proficiency in system integration methodologies, including XML, database queries, and web service technology.
  • Tangible experience in roles related to IRM, GRC, or similar fields.
  • Additional experience in presales engineering, software consulting, or sales support is highly advantageous.
  • Certifications such as CRISC, CRMA, CGEIT, CISSP, CISA, IAPP CIPP, or similar are prized assets.
  • Familiarity with GRC/IRM tools and suites is an advantageous add-on.
