職務内容

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate surveys and implement actionable plans
  • Ensure ticket closure to satisfactory standards
  • Work with customers to set and identify deliverable
  • Ensure ITIL Operational process compliance for the program to deliver the services
  • Ensure SLA compliance and compliance to Org Processes and training requirements
  • Facilitate Internal and External audits
  • Own and manage Continuous Improvement (SIPs, Six Sigma, Lean, Xserve etc)
  • Customer and internal documentation reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)

理想の人材

If you possess most of the following traits, you are likely a good candidate for this position:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in IT support
  • Working knowledge to ISO 20K, ITIL v3, Six Sigma and Lean concepts
  • Knowledge of QMS and Process Management
  • Good experience to Internal and External Audits and Assessments
  • Working understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Business level of Japanese and English
