Job Description
- Sales and profit management of repair and calibration
- Lead process management and continuous improvement activities including 5S
- Make business proposal from CS perspective
- Management of laboratory equipment and environment
- Provide FAQ information to customers in Web and operate help desk
- Manage and develop service department employees
- Establish complaint handling process
- Lead activities for Customer support
The Successful Applicant
- Business Level English
- Experience in repair or calibration of measuring instruments or similar equipment
- People and Process Management Skill
- Profit management experience
- Experience related to measuring instruments, industrial machinery, automobiles or calibration laboratories
- Sales mindset contribute to sales from Customer support perspective
- Field engineer experience who has experiences in service, repair and calibration business management experience
- Knowledge of electricity, electronics or sensors
