Job Description

  • Sales and profit management of repair and calibration
  • Lead process management and continuous improvement activities including 5S
  • Make business proposal from CS perspective
  • Management of laboratory equipment and environment
  • Provide FAQ information to customers in Web and operate help desk
  • Manage and develop service department employees
  • Establish complaint handling process
  • Lead activities for Customer support

The Successful Applicant

  • Business Level English
  • Experience in repair or calibration of measuring instruments or similar equipment
  • People and Process Management Skill
  • Profit management experience
  • Experience related to measuring instruments, industrial machinery, automobiles or calibration laboratories
  • Sales mindset contribute to sales from Customer support perspective
  • Field engineer experience who has experiences in service, repair and calibration business management experience
  • Knowledge of electricity, electronics or sensors
