They are looking for a high-caliber Client Service Manager to work closely with their client on mulitple IT projects.

Job Description

  • Lead technical support specialists to provide support, direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery;
  • Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships;
  • Be accountable for the quality of service delivery and performance; ensuring future demand from growth, changes and projects is well understood and factored into capacity planning for all associated systems;
  • Assist in project coordination, project plan review, project timeline management, budget and resources management;
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables is complied with the standard.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in providing IT services and extensive experience in project and vendor management experience;
  • Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, relevant cloud certifications or relevant disciplines preferred;
  • Proven track record of problem solving and analytical abilities Strong vendor management skills and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills, as well as leadership skills;
  • Good at change management and relationship management, and demonstrable commitment to continuous learning Proactive, performance driven and results oriented
