職務内容

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales to join our Project Logistics team in Japan. This role is critical for driving business growth, developing strategies, and strengthening client relationships to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in project logistics.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key project customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and bids to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and position the business competitively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, Solutions Design, and Legal.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring as needed, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Experience:

  • Sales or business development within the project logistics or shipping industry.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese (fluent) and English (business level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
