Job Description
- Develop the technical expertise in solutions and technologies to apply to solution sales concept for customers engagement and business development
- Obtain profitable revenue growth via value propositions versus competition
- Take initiative to reach buyers/decision makers for small and mid-sized deals and end users
- Understand customer's requirement and demands to influence purchase for moderate size projects
- Lead the sales team and improve the sales performance for each team members
- Manage the sales revenue and team performance accordingly to the Group's mission and goals
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors or equivalent experience with previous years of applicable work experience
- Ability to converse in English and Japanese
- Experience in direct end users sales, selling into Retail, Transport & Logistics and/or Manufacturing
- Project management experience an advantage
- Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skill
