About Our Client

The client is a rapidly growing cloud based company from the US that's expanding their business and team in Japan.

Job Description

You will be in charge of:

  • Full-cycle recruitment activities ranging from junior to executive level
  • Provide advice and best practices to the team
  • As a senior recruiter - you will also be expected to take initiative in executing hiring plans as well as analyzing them
  • Ensure that the current recruitment channels are optimized
  • Talent mapping and talent pipelining
  • Stakeholder management

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should possess:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house and agency)
  • Strong communication skills - be able to negotiate with internal stakeholders, partners and potential employees
  • Business level language skills in Japanese and English
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese market
  • Flexible and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure and understanding of the software industry a plus
