Job Description

  • Expand and manage relationships with medical providers in Japan, ensuring alignment with the Program Network requirements.
  • Lead strategic initiatives related to network services and provide subject matter expertise for healthcare projects.
  • Deliver periodic status reports, resolve provider issues, and support medical records collection processes.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and travel regularly (40%) across Japan to maintain network quality and service delivery.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in service delivery, senior account management, or program management within a professional B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Business English and Japanese.
  • Strong project management, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare management or familiarity with claims processes is an advantage.
