Job Description

  • Provide second-level troubleshooting for WAN, WLAN, LAN, VLAN, NAC, Firewalls, Proxies, and more.
  • Create incident reports, escalate issues, and manage case resolutions.
  • Support network and security infrastructure across global operations.
  • Oversee Change and Incident Management processes to ensure system efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and company regulations.
  • Administer, optimize, and manage network and security systems globally.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid expertise in routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS) or LAN/WIFI technologies (Cisco/Juniper).
  • Knowledge with firewall technologies, such as VPNs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Experience as a network engineer in a large enterprise environment is a plus.
  • CCNA or CCNP certification is also a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
