Job Description

  • Perform and troubleshoot immunology-based laboratory testing and instrument operations
  • Lead and support validation of new assays and instruments
  • Develop and revise SOPs, and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Train new staff and act as a technical expert within the department

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive knowledge of immunology testing and laboratory procedures.
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and Japanese (fluency not required)
  • Experience with assay validation and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Medical Technologist license in Japan or other countries
