Leadership and Management experience
Multinational E-Commerce leader.
Drive successful 3rd party partner launches and strong customer adoption, engagement and retention in Japan.
Build successful launch and sustaining campaigns by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content and usage trends.
· 5-10 years marketing experience in B2B2C partner focused marketing in mobile, retail, film, music, television or gaming
· Demonstrated ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving great programs for customers that drive great results for partners
· Demonstrated ability to create innovative new programs around entertainment content that generate results
· A passion for managing details to optimize programs, tools, and creative
· Creative campaign development experience
· Experience in developing scalable tools and processes
· Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment and sponsorships
· Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership experience
· A passion for video content (film and television) a plus
