Job Description

  • Oversee On Premise channels, with a specific emphasis on HORECA, E-commerce, and other relevant platforms.
  • Negotiate trade terms with partners, including volume targets, rebates, and price adjustments.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans that identify key growth drivers and align them with partner's strategies.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within assigned channels.
  • Ensure adequate resources are allocated for plan execution, including partner organisations and investments (P&L, trade marketing, etc.).
  • Execute trade marketing strategies and recommend market-driven initiatives.
  • Plan and forecast promotional activities.
  • Monitor distributor performance through KPI tracking, market visits, and detailed reporting.
  • Provide monthly performance reports both internally and to partners, facilitating ongoing assessment and alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Familiarity with HORECA channels and customer dynamics.
  • Welcome experience in Key Account business operations.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • Experience in trade marketing strategies.
  • Competent in budget planning and monitoring.
  • Strong analogical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to influence internally, with partners, distributors, and customers.
  • Understanding of strategic vision and marketing principles.
  • Proficient presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
