Job Description

  • Understand business requirements and deliver features with high quality and speed
  • Lead projects or teams as a senior engineer, making technical decisions under complex circumstances
  • Design, develop, test, and operate new user-facing features for large-scale e-commerce systems
  • System design, implementation, testing, and release for various development projects
  • Handle operations, including inquiry management, investigation, and other operational tasks



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of technical lead experience (e.g., high traffic web system architecture design, technical decision making)
  • Experience leading the design of scalable and maintainable systems, strategically guiding the service's future direction
  • Experience in service monitoring and production environment troubleshooting/reporting
  • 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot web application development experience
  • 5+ years of REST API design and development experience, familiar with JUnit testing and code review
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle or MySQL)
  • Experience using Tomcat or Weblogic
  • Experience with Linux, Gradle, Git
  • Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins or other tools
  • Knowledge and experience with container architecture such as Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong communication skills in English
