Job Description

  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Forge robust connections with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Align IT Strategy with Business Objectives: Ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with the overarching business goals, maximizing the value delivered by IT investments.
  • Advocate for IT Initiatives: Champion IT projects, ensuring appropriate prioritization and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Supervise the progress of IT projects, proactively addressing any issues to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Oversee IT Project Portfolio: Manage the entire IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible value.

The Successful Applicant

  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and English/Japanese communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proficient in Project Management practices and processes.
  • Strong presentation, document creation, and negotiation skills.
