To sucessfully join our team you must:
-Have business level English and Japanese.
-At least 3 years of experience in business application support or BA, technical documentation, business process modeling, and system testing.
-Outstanding analytical skills to build a complete understanding of requirements and translate them into system solutions.A plus we would appreciate is:
-To have a working knowledge of the SalesForce package (ServiceCloud, Community Cloud, Demandware), as well as AWS experience.
