Job Description

  • Oversee the company's human resources operations
  • Implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Manage talent acquisition and workforce management
  • Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance when needed
  • Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office
