Job Description

  • Lead technical initiatives in a high-traffic environment
  • You will lead performance optimization and incident response for one of the largest platforms in Japan, processing 3 billion impressions daily within 100 milliseconds, leveraging deep expertise in Linux and CPU architecture.
  • Drive technology modernization and adapt to industry changes In the rapidly evolving ad-tech industry, you will stay up to date with the latest trends and lead the team to remain competitive and responsive to market changes.
  • Execute rapidly from idea to release
  • Beyond feature development, you will quickly identify market opportunities and drive fast cycles of validation, implementation, and release.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale development using JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 5+ years of experience in web system development
  • Experience in system architecture design
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and resolving technical challenges
  • Business-level communication skills in either English or Japanese (one required) .
