Job Description

  • Handle MSA negotiations
  • Provide ER consultation to business leaders
  • Partner with HRBPs on employee matters
  • Lead complex ER cases and investigations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English (must)
  • Strong ER or HRBP background
  • Experience with MSA negotiations and harassment cases
  • Knowledge of Japanese labor law
  • Proven track record in complex ER case management
