Job Description

  • Manage inventory and demand planning to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Lead forecasting review processes and align plans with the Global Supply Chain team.
  • Oversee new product introductions and product phase-outs, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Develop long-term inventory plans and secure alignment from commercial and finance teams.
  • Drive SI&OP processes to resolve issues and maximize opportunities.
  • Achieve KPI targets related to operating income, working capital reduction, and service levels.
  • Participate in global and regional projects to enhance supply chain operations and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 3 years of experience in demand, production, or business planning.
  • Experienced in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Proficient in supply chain planning with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation, analysis, and business acumen.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese.
  • Financially literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
