Lead the overall recruitment strategy
Management of internal and external stakeholders
Candidate interest and engagement
Recruit for Internal stakeholders to gather the talents to achieve the business goals of stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders on discussion on planning and talent delivery.
Actively attend and plan networking/recruiting event to represent the core values and brand name of the company.
Network and headhunt for potential candidates in order to build the talent pool for future opportunities.
Fill the positions with qualified candidates by having a clear understanding of each of them.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and build positive working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to be resilient in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to multi-task and be adaptable in a changing environment.
- Excellent project management skills
Understanding of Recruiting as a part of Human Resources department.
Talent sourcing experience (Networking, referral, events and job boards).
Native level Japanese and Business level English.
