Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM-based projects across multiple teams
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business and engineering
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and project execution lifecycle
  • Facilitate technical discussions and ensure smooth collaboration across teams
  • Ensure delivery quality across requirements, testing, and release phases

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in technical project management (software delivery)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile / Scrum / Kanban)
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Technical literacy to understand architecture and guide discussions (no coding required)
  • Business-level Japanese AND strong English communication skills
