職務内容

  • Oversee tax, accounting, and financial control for legal entities
  • Ensure compliance with global policies (US GAAP & Japanese GAAP)
  • Manage audits, tax filings, and financial settlements (monthly & annual)
  • Handle standard cost setting and accounting support
  • Collaborate with the China Finance Service Center
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.

理想の人材

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in accounting and finance
  • Knowledge and experience of tax work
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese, both verbal and written.
