職務内容

 Development and maintenance of customer relations (JOEM)
 Development of proactive plans, follow-up and recording the progress of new business
opportunities (NBO) with regard to the sales objectives
 Support of the strategic and commercial evaluation of new projects
 Preparation of offers
 Price negotiations with the customers
 Negotiation of project and customer specific contractual terms
 Participation in forecast and long term planning
 Support of Sales Manager with strategic direction of the global customer accounts
 Support the tracking of the project and cost planning
 Global coordination of possible customer problems
 Monitoring of market dynamics, including developments of customer and competitive
developments and forwarding the relevant information to appropriate sales management to
merge data in our market analysis

理想の人材

Engineer (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or business administration with
strong technical understanding (at least bachelor's degree)
 +10 years of experience in the automobile industry
 Very good communication skills
 Positive presence and assertiveness, strong negotiation skills
 Result oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
 Experience with complex products and products in need of explanation
 Proficient with Microsoft office products
 Japanese & English fluent in spoken and written
 Proficient with Microsoft office products -
