Job Description

  • Maintain Stable Supply in the Japanese Market - Oversee order fulfillment, resolve supply issues (production, logistics, materials), and establish optimal supply plans that balance customer service, production capabilities, and costs.
  • Manage External Partners - Communicate and manage relationships with CMOs, 3PLs, and material suppliers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient market supplies.
  • Align with Internal Stakeholders - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth operations and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Global Collaboration - Work with global supply chain functions and planning teams to address international supply issues, ensuring stable supply to the Japanese market.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning management, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand/supply planning, logistics, and CMO management.
  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English for effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills, a proactive, self-motivated attitude, and the ability to navigate changing business environments.
