Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Hands-on knowledge of accounting software and processes, such as SAP ERP system, preferable FICO but not required
  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS/SOX
  • Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior team management experience is great to have
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate will transition to an in-house Finance Manager position reporting to the CFO and leading one of the local teams after the project end in 2024.
  • The Finance Manager will have the responsibility of designing internal frameworks for finance functions while increasing value creation for commercial and operational teams.
