Job Description
- Provide daily technical and functional support to regional Key Users in Japan
- Participate in the enhancement analysis, testing and implementation
- Create training plans and educate users as well as members
- Submit management reports and propose solutions
- Following up any incidents and releases to both global and local team
- Monitor SLA support and create management reports regularly
- Project implementation and management
The Successful Applicant
- Business level Japanese and English language proficiency
- Understands basic SAP BW end-to-end data flows (extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience as internal SAP Consultant
- Substantial knowledge of business structures (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain etc.)
- Hands on experience in SAP BI support as either a member or consultant
- Functional and Technical Business Intelligence background
- Currently residing in Japan
- Experience in luxury or retail business is a plus
