Job Description

  • Create and implement training strategies
  • Create the annual sales training program
  • Coordinate and arrange a variety of training activities
  • Communicate with global training team to align training activities
  • Identify development areas and design training programs relating where needs are identified

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in training in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of both traditional and modern training methods
  • Strong communication skills
  • MR experience is preferred
  • Business level Japanese and English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
