- Full P&L responsibility.
- Manage the develop of account managers and sales executives.
- KPI management
- Manage key sales accounts.
- Visit accounts with sales executives to ensure that business needs are met.
- Work in conjunction with the Country Manager to develop a business plan/strategy that outlines key areas of growth/development.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong sales experience ideally in a consumer business.
- People management experience.
- Track record of creating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
- Ability to integrate and unify a sales team to ensure overall goals are achieved.
