Job Description



  • Act as a Sales Representative focused on B2B sales in freight forwarding, supply chain, and logistics solutions
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Tokyo and across the Kanto region
  • Manage existing client portfolios and promote additional services across air, ocean, and warehousing
  • Develop and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals
  • Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, update opportunities, and track freight trends
  • Collaborate with operations for seamless logistics execution
  • Represent the company at logistics industry events and sales meetings in Japan

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5 years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience, preferably in the Japanese market
  • Native-level Japanese, with business English fluency
  • Experience working with supply chain, transportation, or international shipping clients
  • Results-driven mindset with strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Familiarity with logistics CRM tools and knowledge of customs and trade compliance
