Job Description

  • Drive aftermarket sales through effective customer engagement and market analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and market dynamics to provide effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Representative should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector, automotive sector is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluent in Japanese, conversational English
