- Lead and develop sales and growth strategies to achieve sales targets
- Evaluate market trends and proactively develop business leads
- Keeps informed about developments in the industry aligned with strategic direction
- Contribute to planning and creation of relevant materials and tools for achieving targets
- Master's or above in Life Science, Agriculture, Medical Science or related discipline.
- Fluent Japanese and English ability (TOEIC >650) is a must.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in Life Science area.
- Good commercial mindset, with a strong drive to excel at sales.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, partners and experts in the fast-growing field of life science
- Boost English language ability through close strategy collaboration with global partners
- Demonstrate leadership and team playing abilities to help people and organisations go from idea to innovation faster
