・ Ensure the performance in markets on the entire sales process: from the market ordering cars at the Plant (Order Take) to Shipment, Inventory, and finally Retail sales at Dealership level. The Market Manager has to manage all those KPI through accurate and consistent Carflow Management at a Market and Model level.
・Support Markets (MDs, Sales Director) to deliver the Revenue for the company through appropriate supply volume, optimum inventory (Central stock, Dealer stock) and good quality of stock and finally Wholesale maximization.
・Be the voice of the market at IML. Engage in all necessary actions to deliver the performance including engaging other departments cross functionally as needed to garner support for markets
・Ensure consistent and accurate story telling in the reporting / material developed by Sales Consolidation team. The Market Managers ensure that the necessary KPIs are shared to support Management understanding and decision taking.
・ Business school / Sales or related experience within the automotive industry.
・ Prior field experience is highly desired, with direct experience of the (China and/or USA) market essential.
・ Proven ability to identify risks and opportunities and develop required solutions in contact with executives (MDs, Sales Director, MC Chairman)
・ Excel advanced skills (Pivot, mass data management at minimum requirement, )
・ Advanced Power Point skills.
・ Prior experience working within cross-functional teams with excellent influencing skills.
・ Fluency in English (Mandarin speaker mandatory for CHN Market Manager)
・ Word, Excel, Access and Outlook desired.
