- You will be responsible for the processes, automation, scalability, and tools that support company's sales operations.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of APAC Sales Operations.
- Increasing sales productivity and effectiveness, improving the way we do business, and reducing the time to market of our offerings.
- You have to play a critical role partnering with the company's general and senior management to guide a well-orchestrated, scalable, and agile sales operations framework.
- Experience in a leadership or management role overseeing sales, sales operations, or field operations professionals and functions in an APAC-wide capacity.
- Demonstrated business insight and highly relevant and recent experience in the sales or services operations functions at the executive level.
- Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Demonstrated budgetary management, people management, and resource allocation experience.
