Take control of the dealers network (including marketing and sales campaigns)
Gathering market and customer information;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process
Regularly report to the Sales Director Asia & Export .
Based in Japan
Speak & write fluently English and Japanese
Sales experience (5 years) in the building materials industry, B2B sales, premium products
Have a strong experience with sales over distribution and a good understanding of the project channel(designers, developers and architects)
Independent and self motivating with a high drive
Customer service oriented and supportive
Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
You are willing to travel frequently and to work home-office
