- Manage and develop key customer relations and strategies
- Develop sales strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Lead new business development with JOEMs
- Support technical team with issues
- Responsible for price negotiations
- Develop contract terms and conditions
- Demonstrate products at events
- Preferable understanding within the Automotive Parts industry
- Native level Japanese with the ability to read and write complex documents
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of building strong relationships
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
