職務内容

  • Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In)
  • Contribute to defining and implementing the local Marketing Plan
  • Hire, train and coach the Sales team, to ensure the right level of skills and competencies on products, processes and systems, building a comprehensive sales organization in line with the market potential of the own segment
  • Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rates and provide a reliable forecast
  • Guarantee the systematic use of the CRM to obtain a clean, up-to-date and complete database in terms of marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.
  • Develop and create top locations to build an aspirations brand and generate home leads
  • Lead the Sales team by maximising performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Culture model
  • Guarantee continuous, proactive feedback from the market

What you should bring:

  • 3/5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Master's Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in sales network management and organization
  • Experience in CRM management
  • Consultative selling approach, knowledge of sales techniques, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership which inspires your coworkers and customers with a high degree of empathy
