職務内容

  • Set and achieve sales targets for engineering materials (carbon brushes, etc.) in Japan and Taiwan.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers (18+ including distributors).
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify new customers.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Prepare proposals and handle customer inquiries.
  • Assist with sales contract negotiations and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing) on sales strategy.

理想の人材

  • 3+ year experience in B2B sales in selling specialty products such as minerals, plastics, polymers, etc.
  • Knowledge in products or processed/raw materials (particularly graphite, carbon black, etc.)
  • Business level English
  • Fluent/Native level Japanese
  • Ablity to travel 50% (Domestic/International)
  • Management experience (NONE)
